TECHLAB SYSTEMS had the pleasure of supporting our represented brand LABTECH ENGINEERING during its outstanding participation at K 2025 — The World’s No. 1 Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber, held from October 8–15, 2025 at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany.

Once again, the event brought together the world’s leading companies and experts in plastics and rubber, serving as the key meeting point for innovation, sustainability, and advanced polymer processing technology.

A hub of innovation at the heart of K 2025

LABTECH ENGINEERING featured an impressive 200 m² booth in Hall 7, Level 1, Stand C37, showcasing a wide range of machines in live operation. Throughout the event, TECHLAB SYSTEMS was present at the booth, supporting Labtech’s team and welcoming customers, distributors, and partners eager to experience the company’s latest laboratory and pilot-scale solutions for polymer research, development, and production.

Live technology: compounding, recycling, and polymer processing

In its exhibition area, LABTECH ENGINEERING presented several of its latest laboratory and pilot-scale innovations, featuring live demonstrations of:

• Compounding and recycling extrusion lines, available in both single and twin-screw configurations.
• Film blowing and cast film lines, including the new Mark II Series, designed to optimize process control and energy efficiency.
• Sheet and film lines with integrated thickness control and uniformity analysis.
• Melt-spinning systems for R&D in synthetic fiber production.
• Pelletizing systems, both conventional and underwater.

These live demonstrations allowed visitors to witness firsthand how LABTECH’s equipment meets today’s key industry challenges — sustainability, advanced recycling, processing precision, and scalability from lab to production.
