A Story of Engineering, Customization and International Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some business relationships begin with a simple transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Others are built over the years through trust, adaptability and a shared vision for growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story between TECHLAB SYSTEMS <\/a><\/strong>and PAConsult GmbH<\/a><\/strong>, one of Germany\u2019s most recognized accredited testing laboratories, clearly belongs to the latter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everything started in 2011<\/strong>, when Mr. Karim Esfahlani<\/a><\/strong>, CEO of PAConsult<\/a><\/strong> in Hamburg, contacted TECHLAB SYSTEMS <\/a><\/strong>with a very specific goal: to acquire a box compression tester for their testing laboratory.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the very beginning, the relationship was managed directly by Javier Jimenez<\/a><\/strong>, Sales and Marketing Director at TECHLAB SYSTEMS<\/a><\/strong>, who personally supported PAConsult<\/a><\/strong> throughout the entire process of technical definition, customization and project implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After reviewing the portfolio of in-house manufactured solutions offered by TECHLAB SYSTEMS<\/a><\/strong>, a new challenge emerged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAConsult<\/a><\/strong> was not looking for a standard machine.
They needed a special solution specifically designed to meet their operational requirements and support the growth of their transport simulation and testing services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At TECHLAB SYSTEMS<\/a><\/strong>, we quickly understood that this was not simply about manufacturing a machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was about developing a tailor-made solution capable of supporting the future evolution of a highly specialized laboratory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And we accepted the challenge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The First Step: A Customized VAL-50 for Hamburg<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That same year, the first VAL-50 <\/a><\/strong>system was supplied \u2014 a 50 kN box compression tester<\/strong> equipped with standard 1250 x 1250 mm compression plates <\/strong>but incorporating a highly unusual feature: a special 2050 mm stroke<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, PAConsult<\/a><\/strong> requested another distinctive detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The machine had to be manufactured using the German company\u2019s corporate colors<\/strong>, completely moving away from the standard finishes typically used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A requirement that perfectly reflects the philosophy shared by both companies: customization is not an extra \u2014 it is an essential part of the solution. And that is exactly what was delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growth in Switzerland: PAConsult Swiss is Born<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration did not end there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2013<\/strong>, the company took another strategic step with the creation of PAConsult Swiss<\/a><\/strong> in Neuhausen am Rheinfall (Switzerland), with the objective of serving the growing demand in the Swiss market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For these new facilities, TECHLAB SYSTEMS<\/a><\/strong> supplied a second system adapted to new testing requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time, the selected model was the VALIDATOR<\/a><\/strong>, a more compact box compression tester featuring 25 kN capacity, 800 x 800 mm compression plates<\/strong> and a 910 mm stroke<\/strong>, ideal for primary packaging compression applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A machine designed to provide precision, reliability and efficiency for smaller-format testing applications.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2018: The Hamburg Model Arrives in Switzerland<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAConsult Swiss<\/a><\/strong> continued consolidating its growth during the following years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018<\/strong>, increasing demand in the Swiss market once again led the company to trust TECHLAB SYSTEMS<\/a><\/strong> to expand its testing capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The choice was clear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new VAL-50<\/a><\/strong>, identical to the one installed years earlier in Hamburg, was incorporated into the Neuhausen am Rheinfall <\/strong>facilities, replicating a successful model that had already proven its reliability and operational performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expansion in Germany: Ochsenhausen and Berlin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story continued to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In southern Germany, new testing and validation requests for PAConsult<\/a><\/strong> began to increase, leading to the opening of a new center in Ochsenhausen <\/strong>in 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That same year, TECHLAB SYSTEMS<\/a><\/strong> supplied another VAL-50<\/a><\/strong>, maintaining the same technical configuration as the previous systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This technological standardization allowed PAConsult<\/a><\/strong> to operate with the same methodology and performance across different testing centers, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout all their laboratories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the expansion did not stop there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, PAConsult<\/a><\/strong> continued strengthening its geographical presence in Germany, opening a new testing center in Berlin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In 2026<\/strong>, another VAL-50 <\/a><\/strong>once again crossed Europe from TECHLAB SYSTEMS<\/a><\/strong> to become part of this new facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Much More Than Machines<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, more than 15 years after the first contact<\/strong>, the collaboration between TECHLAB SYSTEMS<\/a><\/strong> and PAConsult<\/a><\/strong> represents much more than the supply of testing equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
