- Equipped with 3 rollers, two heated and one cooled
- Pneumatic Drive Top Roller.
- Main roller diameter: 145 mm.
- Lower roller diameter: 72.5 mm.
- Roller width: 350 mm.
- Nozzle opening from 0.3 to 2.00 mm.
- Maximum sheet thickness: 1.5 mm (consult others).
- Minimum film thickness: 10 Microns.
- Roller heating temperature range: 140º C.
- Roller speed range: from 0 to 15 meters/minute.
- Rewind speed range: from 0 to 130 r.p.m.
- Equipped with 25 mm diameter screw extruder.
- To work with HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, among other materials.
- Pressure controller at the exit of the extruder to guarantee the constant flow of and ensure uniform thicknesses.
- Film collection speed regulation.
