Techlab Systems Strengthens Technician Training in Mexico and Central America
We start 2025 with renewd strength. Over the past two weeks, Techlab Systems has had the pleasure of hosting three outstanding technicians from Mexico: Arturo Robles Fuentes, Noe Sánchez Moreno, and Juan Francisco Hernandez Almeida. This group of professionals has participated in an intensive training program in our Head Quarters in Spain, designed to expand their knowledge and skills in the maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, and repair of the equipment we manufacture.
This initiative is part of Techlab Systems’ ongoing commitment to providing top-quality technical service in Mexico, as well as in Central America and the Caribbean.
Our Services
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and replacement of components to prevent failures and ensure proper equipment operation. In case of breakdowns, necessary repairs are carried out to restore functionality.
- Equipment Calibration: Adjustment and verification of measurement and testing equipment accuracy according to international standards. This ensures reliable results and compliance with current regulations.
- Failure Diagnosis: Detailed technical evaluation to identify equipment issues. Tests and analyses are conducted to determine the root cause of the failure and propose effective solutions.
- Equipment Repair: Specialized technical intervention to correct mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures. This includes replacing faulty components and optimizing performance.
- New Equipment Installation: Setting up and commissioning equipment at customer facilities, ensuring correct configuration and operation. Initial tests are conducted to verify proper functionality.
- Training for New Equipment Use: Technical training for operators and maintenance personnel, enabling them to use the equipment efficiently, safely, and in accordance with recommended procedures.
- Specialized Technical Support: Personalized technical assistance to resolve inquiries, optimize equipment usage, and improve testing and measurement processes for each customer.
Through this training, our technicians have acquired new skills that will allow them to provide more efficient and effective support to our customers, ensuring that equipment operates with maximum precision and reliability.
