The Basque Paper Cluster Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1998 and is formed by organizations from the paper and cardboard value chain, from the forestry area to the handling and transformation of paper and cardboard through engineering, manufacturers auxiliary equipment, capital goods and consumables.

During the last Board of Directors held by the Basque Paper Cluster, the incorporation of TECHLAB SYSTEMS as a collaborating partner was approved. Recently, Iñaki Ugarte, Manager of the Basque Paper Cluster, visited the TECHLAB SYSTEMS facilities located in Lezo, Guipúzcoa.
